The Engaging Neighborhoods, Organizations, Unions,
Governments and Households (ENOUGH) act is Governor Moore’s initiative to end concentrated, generational child poverty.
The Local Management Board is building capacity throughout Allegany County by helping neighborhoods be heard. Look for opportunities throughout the county.
We are also part of the Partnership Development grant partnering with the City of Cumberland, Allegany County HRDC and Allegany County Department of Social Services ensure communities are able to access programs/services they need and we need your input. The Partnership Development grant is starting in the neighborhoods of South Penn and John Humbird.
